A tower block I created for Train Sim World, a simulation game developed using Unreal Engine 4.
This building is used across most UK routes in the game. It was modelled with the aim of being used as a distant asset. The player is not expected to ever stand next to it, hence the lower fidelity when looking up close.
Modelling and high poly bakes were done in 3ds Max and Blender, then it was taken through the standard PBR workflow in Quixel Suite.
